The situation
Why AI adoption stalls at the chat window
In most companies AI adoption stops at individual experimentation. One or two colleagues use it daily, but there is no system behind it, no measurement and no strategic direction. Leadership cannot see where the real opportunity sits, and the wider team is wary of something they do not understand.
This is not a technology problem. It is an organisational and leadership task, and that is exactly the part I work on.
How I work
Services
AI Transformation Day
A full day workshop for senior and middle management, on site or online. The day includes an organisational AI audit, where the company sees where it stands today, which opportunities matter most, and who could own AI internally. It ends with a prioritised action list built on their own processes.
90 day AI adoption programme
Three months to make AI part of daily operations. The programme is built on organisational development, with one dedicated power user in every department, shared learning, reskilling and an internal community that keeps the momentum. The whole organisation moves together rather than in isolated silos, with measurable process integration.
AI systems and automation
Invoice processing, customer communication, internal knowledge bases, reporting and CRM integration. The solution is built into existing systems and handed over to the team that will run it.
AI Steering Partner
A monthly retainer after the 90 day programme. Regular reviews, asynchronous access when decisions come up, quarterly audits, and continuous care of the internal power user community. This is what keeps an internal AI culture alive over time.
What makes this different
What few others offer
Enterprise focus. Large organisations bring internal politics, regulatory constraints, hierarchy and change management. I have worked inside that complexity, including at companies such as MOL Group and Arriva.
Organisational change, not just training. AI adoption almost always fails for organisational rather than technical reasons. The programme builds an internal power user community with a dedicated person in each department, organised communication and reskilling. The goal is a self sustaining culture, not lasting dependence on an external advisor.
I deliver the work personally. The workshops and programmes are run by me, not by a junior colleague. The experience is in the room, not on a slide.
Strategy and execution together. After the workshop there is an action list and a person who helps carry it through, from the same source.
Track record
Companies I have worked with
More than 50 organisations, from the energy sector and robotics multinationals to creative agencies and logistics companies. Seven detailed case studies are published, covering Microsoft Copilot rollouts, Claude Code adoption in creative teams, internal knowledge bases and custom automation.
