How we can work together

Five service packages for enterprise AI adoption, from a single workshop through compliance to a long term partnership.

Workshop

AI Transformation Day

A full day, intensive workshop for senior and middle management. By the end of the day the leadership team shares one picture of AI, and the first concrete steps are on paper, ready to start the next morning.

A good fit when leaders need fast, reliable grounding and you want to start somewhere sensible.

Programme

90 day AI adoption programme

A three month structured programme about actual adoption. Weekly sessions, concrete assignments, and measurement from day one so you can see what works and what does not.

A good fit when you are not looking for a point solution but want to build AI capability at organisational level.

Custom build

AI systems and automation

A tailored solution for a specific business task. Process automation, custom AI workflows and integration into your existing systems, built with a small, experienced technical team.

A good fit when you have a well defined process that needs a tangible solution.

Compliance

AI compliance package

A company specific AI policy plus a full day, documented training that ends with an assessment and a personal certificate. It answers the obligations of the EU AI Act in a practical, maintainable way.

A good fit when AI is already in use but there is no policy or documented training behind it.

Retainer

AI Steering Partner

A long term partnership after adoption. Regular reviews, quick access when decisions come up, quarterly audits, and continuous care of the internal power user community.

A good fit when adoption is behind you and you do not want the capability you built to fade.

Working language

I deliver workshops and programmes in English and Hungarian alike. Recent English language enterprise work includes Microsoft Copilot and Claude Code training at MOL Group and Copilot adoption at FANUC Europe. For international teams inside Hungarian organisations, mixed language delivery also works well.
