Over the past years I have worked with dozens of large Hungarian and international organisations to make AI a genuine everyday tool rather than another project that quietly ends. My clients are typically mid sized and large companies, and my work sits at the point where technology meets how an organisation actually operates.
I do not sell software. My job is to help find where it makes sense to start, how to prepare people for the change, and how to measure whether it worked. The most common failure points in AI adoption are not technical. They are questions of organisation and leadership.

Partnerships
Partner networks
I am a member of the Claude Partner Network and the OpenAI Partner Network. Both memberships mean access to current product training and enablement material, which feeds directly into the programmes I deliver.
Technical background
There is a team behind me
Advisory and training are my own work. Behind the more complex implementations there is a small, proven technical team I work with regularly. If a consultation reveals that the need calls for an actual build, you do not have to go and find a separate AI developer. Strategy and delivery stay in one place.
The areas the team covers include RAG architecture for searchable enterprise knowledge bases, vector database and semantic search layers on existing data, autonomous multi step AI agents, LLMOps covering model selection, prompt management, versioning and production monitoring, and the security and governance layer with access control, audit trails and EU AI Act alignment.
Next step
Twenty minutes is enough to start
If you would like to talk through where your organisation stands and what a reasonable first step looks like, I am glad to have that conversation. No obligation and no sales pressure.
