AI compliance package

The regulatory side of AI use is no longer a future concern. The first obligations of the EU AI Act have applied since February 2025, and the transparency rules since August 2026. This package covers both legs of it, with a company specific AI policy and documented training that ends with a personal certificate.

What the regulation expects

Since 2 February 2025

AI literacy and prohibited practices

Under Article 4 of the AI Act, every organisation using AI is expected to ensure that staff have an adequate level of AI literacy. In practice this means documented training. The list of prohibited practices also applies.

Since 2 August 2026

Transparency obligations

Chatbots must indicate that the customer is talking to a machine. AI generated content must be marked in a machine readable way, and deepfakes must be labelled. For most breaches the fine can reach 15 million euros or 3 percent of annual global turnover.

For affected companies

NIS2 management responsibility

The Hungarian transposition of the cybersecurity directive brings personal management responsibility and training obligations for affected companies. AI use and cybersecurity compliance are best handled within the same policy framework.

This page is not legal advice. The package is about practical compliance, and questions of legal interpretation are decided by the company's own counsel.

What the package includes

Policy

A company specific AI policy

Interviews with the key areas, followed by a policy that people can actually follow. An approved tool list, data handling boundaries, handling shadow AI by channelling rather than banning, chatbot and content labelling practice, and a review cycle. Handed over in an editable format so it can be maintained in house.

Training

A full day documented training

Practical AI training for the team, built on their own workflows. The day ends with an assessment running in the KD AI Academy system. On a successful result every participant receives a personal, serial numbered certificate that can be verified online, which serves as documented evidence of the training obligation.

Leadership module

Executive overview and follow up

A short leadership module on AI regulation and NIS2 exposure, with decision criteria. The team also gains access to the continuously expanding free course library, so the knowledge stays current after the training day rather than being a one off.

Pricing

The full day documented training starts from 550,000 HUF, depending on headcount and location. The price of the policy work depends on the size of the company and the range of AI tools in use, and I provide a firm quote after a short assessment call. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Start with a short conversation

Half an hour is usually enough to establish how much work compliance means at your company, and what is already in order.
