Why as a package
Most AI adoption stalls because it happens in pieces. One party runs a training session, another builds a tool, a third writes the policy, and in the end nobody is accountable for making the three fit together.
Here the same person assesses the situation, trains the people, builds the systems and owns compliance. The training prepares people for what is actually being built, the system targets the process the assessment surfaced, and the policy covers what the company genuinely uses.
What it includes
AI readiness assessment
We map who uses what today, where the repetitive burdens sit, and which process offers the largest gain. This forms the basis of the whole timeline, and it usually surfaces that several people already use AI tools without anyone knowing at a system level.
AI Transformation Day executive workshop
A full day with the leadership team. By the end everyone sees the same picture, and a prioritised action list exists, built on their own processes.
90 day adoption programme
Three months to make AI part of daily operations. A dedicated power user in every department, organised knowledge sharing and reskilling, a weekly rhythm and measurement from day one. The goal is a self sustaining internal culture rather than lasting external dependence.
Custom systems and automation
Where the assessment identifies a concrete build, we build it. An internal AI knowledge base on company documents, invoice processing, reporting, proposal generation, customer communication, connectors between scattered systems, or a complete CRM or ERP. The solution is handed over to the company's own team to run.
AI policy and documented training
A company specific AI policy, plus documented fulfilment of the training obligation with an assessment and a personal certificate. A practical, maintainable answer to the live obligations of the EU AI Act.
AI Steering Partner advisory
After adoption, regular reviews, quick access when decisions come up, quarterly audits and continuous care of the power user community. This is what keeps the capability alive as the technology changes.
Capacity and accountability
I deliver the advisory and training work personally, not a junior colleague. Behind the more complex technical implementations there is a proven expert team I work with regularly. The team adds capacity as well as expertise, so on larger engagements or parallel work additional people can step in, and a bigger assignment does not queue up behind one person.
The technical areas covered include RAG architecture, vector databases and semantic search, AI agents, LLMOps, and the security and governance layer from data protection through to audit trails.
Who it is for
For companies past the stage where a few colleagues experiment, that want to move forward at organisational level. It works at mid sized and large companies alike, only the emphasis changes. At a smaller organisation the goal is fast, concrete benefit. At a larger one, regulation, lines of responsibility and organisation wide capability come to the front.
It is not for someone looking to roll out a single tool, or wanting a quick training session with no organisational work behind it. In that case I will say so plainly and point you towards the smaller service.
Pricing and timeline
Pricing depends on scope. The assessment and the workshop are straightforward to estimate, while the development work depends on what the assessment surfaces. The process therefore always begins with the assessment and the workshop, and the development track is priced afterwards with concrete content on the table. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
A typical timeline runs between six and nine months. Assessment and workshop in the first month, the 90 day programme after that, development in parallel, and advisory continuously.

Half an hour is enough to establish whether the full package is right for you, or whether a smaller step is enough.
